Butterfly Applique Kit

We cut these one piece butterflies out of a variety of colors of beautiful calico prints, then supply solid color pre-cut sashing around each muslin square. You applique them down, then add the embroidered details.

A very attractive way to quilt this design is to "ripple" quilt it. This method of quilting repeats the outline of the butterfly out to the edge of the muslin with 1/2" between the quilting lines.

These kits are available with multi-colored calico butterflies in either Bright or Pastel shades with borders in one of the colors listed.
